I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with fourteen years of experience. I have worked with clients with a vast range of concerns including anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, and life changes.

My therapy style is a non-judgmental and open approach to work together. I utilize an eclectic approach to include client centered, cognitive behavioral among other techniques to best match the needs of my clients. Our dialogue will be guided by your specific needs and goals.
