Hi, I’m a licensed therapist in California, and for the past 10 years I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges — finding their footing again, rebuilding confidence, and learning to trust themselves.

I work with people who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure of what’s next. Whether you’re going through a big life change, struggling with self-esteem, or just trying to feel more like yourself again, you don’t have to do it alone.
